  • 1 large chopped red chilli or 2 small red chilli 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
  • For the Salad:
  • 2 large carrots, peeled
  • 4 medium cucumber
  • 2 small red onion, peeled 1 dl of fresh mint leaves
  • For Garnish:
  • Handful of fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted

Instructions

To start, prepare the salad dressing by mixing brown sugar, lime juice, rice vinegar, grape seed oil, fish sauce, chopped red chili, and crushed garlic in a bowl. Set it aside.
