Servings:
1. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente.
2. Meanwhile, sauté pancetta in olive oil until crisp.
3. Beat eggs in a bowl, then add cheese and black pepper.
4. Drain pasta, save some water. Mix pasta with pancetta.
5. Remove from heat, stir in egg mixture. Add pasta water if needed.
6. Serve immediately, topped with extra cheese.
